Al Streelman '69 Locker Room Dedication Weekend - April 22nd & 23rd

CHESTERTOWN, Md. — The Washington College baseball team will dedicate its locker room to Al Streelman '69, a former student-athlete and now-retired long-time assistant and head coach for the Shoremen, on Saturday, April 22nd, prior to the Shoremen's Centennial Conference Double-Header against Muhlenberg.

To honor Coach Streelman, players, alumni, parents, and friends will gather at Athey Field to unveil the plaque that will name the baseball locker room in tribute to Al. All are invited at 12:00 p.m. to begin the festivities. Donations are still being accepted for the Al Streelman Locker Room Campaign at https://www.washcoll.edu/giving/50-for-50/.

The first annual Washington College Baseball Golf Tournament will be held the following day, Sunday, April 23rd, to complete the weekend. For more information about the tournament, and to register, click here.

10:30am-12:20pm: WC and Muhlenberg Pre-game

12:20pm: On Field Presentation with Coach Al Streelman

12:35pm: First Pitch!
