Shorewomen's First & Second Varsity Eights Both Win
SHREWSBURY, Mass. — The 13th-ranked Washington College women's rowing team won both of its races in a regatta hosted by Clark University on Lake Quinsigamond this morning. The regatta also featured Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference (MARC) rival Johnson & Wales, Connecticut College, and Division II Assumption College.

How It Happened
- The Shorewomen's first varsity eight finished its race in 7:34.4, winning by just under three seconds. Clark was second in 7:37.3, Connecticut College third in 7:45.8, Johnson & Wales fourth in 7:51.9, and Assumption fifth in 7:54.0.
- The Shorewomen's second varsity eight posted a commanding victory, finishing in 8:00.5. Clark was second in 8:16.1, Connecticut College third in 8:20.1, Assumption fourth in 8:35.0, and Johnson & Wales fifth in 8:39.9.
